Return & Refund Policy

At MOC India, we are committed to delivering the highest quality healthcare services, treatments, and related products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all cancellations, returns, and refunds made through our website www.mocindia.co.in or at our centres.

Services & Products Covered

  1. This policy applies to all payments made for healthcare services, consultations, treatments, and associated products offered by MOC India.
  2. Certain services and products are non-refundable and non-returnable (refer to Section 6).
  3. The Website and App provide online payment options through third-party payment gateways.
  4. By choosing to pay online, you may be redirected to a third-party gateway. The transaction will be governed by their terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  5. CCCPL shall not be liable:

    1. if any transaction fails or does not fructify;
    2. for any failure on part of the bank, credit card company, or third-party site/agency;
    3. for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email (info@mocindia.co.in) or via the call centre at least 4 hours before the commencement of your appointment.
  2. Once a consultation, procedure, or treatment session has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted.
  3. For physical products (if applicable), cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

Returns (Applicable to Products Only)

Pharmacy products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  1. Upon receiving a refund request, our accounts team will verify and notify you on the refund status.
  2. Cashless security deposit refund will be subject to final settlement from the Insurance company.
  3. Refund will be in the name of the patient only. In case it is to be done in the name of a legal heir (Mother/Father/Children/Spouse), Aadhaar card, relationship proof & cancelled cheque are required.
  4. Refund will happen on the same mode and any transaction charges by third-party gateways will be adjusted from the refund amount.
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to bank/card issuer policies.

Shipping & Return Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless the return is due to defective or damaged product.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Services & Products

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  1. Completed medical consultations, diagnostic services, and treatment sessions.
  2. Customized treatment plans, digital prescriptions, or services once rendered.
  3. Products marked as non-returnable (e.g., opened medicines, perishable health products, or items with hygiene concerns).
