This Privacy Notice also extends to our subsidiary companies (including Cellcure Medicare Private Limited and Certaincure Pharma Private Limited).

1. Fill the ‘Book an Appointment’ option on the website.
2. Delegate details to a Company representative for using the Services.
3. Provide personal data to us during receiving services/treatments.

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

M0C uses the data collected from the users and patients, as well as other relevant individuals, to maintain our website and supply relevant support and services to them. The personal information we gather and/or otherwise receive is processed for the following purposes:

Upon receiving your request, we shall correct the inaccurate or misleading data, complete the incomplete data, and update the personal data. We shall delete the data upon receiving a request for deletion from your end, unless retention of such data is required for a specific purpose or compliance with any applicable law. All deletion requests will be subject to applicable Data Retention Laws.

You shall have the right to readily available means of grievances.
