This Privacy Notice also extends to our subsidiary companies (including Cellcure Medicare Private Limited and Certaincure Pharma Private Limited).

- Fill the ‘Book an Appointment’ option on the website.
- Delegate details to a Company representative for using the Services.
- Provide personal data to us during receiving services/treatments.

M0C uses the data collected from the users and patients, as well as other relevant individuals, to maintain our website and supply relevant support and services to them. The personal information we gather and/or otherwise receive is processed for the following purposes:

PROCESSING OF CHILDREN’S DATA
We are deeply committed to safeguarding the privacy of minors and ensuring compliance with applicable laws pertaining to the collection and processing of the personal data of children. Minors are not permitted to use the website or services, and we request that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, we do not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18.
