POSH Complaint Process : Key Steps & Timelines
- Filing Complaint – Within 3 months of incident (extendable by 3 months).
- Forward to Respondent – Complaint copy sent within 7 working days.
- Respondent’s Reply – To be submitted within 10 working days.
- Inquiry by IC/LC – Completed within 90 days.
- Inquiry Report – Shared with employer & parties within 10 days.
- Employer Action – To be taken within 60 days of report.
- Appeal – Can be filed within 90 days of recommendations.
Training & Awareness sessions conducted :
- POSH Training conducted during employee onboarding
- Once every year between January to December

Ways to File a Complaint
- You can raise a concern by sending an email or by calling the designated person.
- You are encouraged to describe the incident clearly with date, time, place, and persons involved.
- If you are unable to write, support will be provided to record your complaint.
Who Will Oversee the Complaint
- The Manager – Learning & Development (L&D) is the designated person overseeing POSH-related matters.
- They will ensure your complaint is forwarded to the Internal Committee (IC) for formal inquiry.

Confidentiality
- All complaints and inquiry proceedings are treated as strictly confidential.
- Details of the complaint, evidence, or witnesses are not shared outside of the IC, except where legally required.
- Both the complainant and the respondent are protected from retaliation during and after the process.
