A medical oncologist with specialized training from two of India’s premier cancer institutes, Dr. Kasturi Baruah completed her MD at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, a globally recognized center of excellence renowned for its high-volume patient care, multidisciplinary approach, and academic excellence.

Driven by a passion for advancing cancer treatment, she pursued her DM in Medical Oncology at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bengaluru, a leading tertiary care center dedicated to comprehensive cancer care and translational research.

She holds certifications from the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) in cancer immunotherapy. Her clinical interests include solid tumors, precision oncology, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive oncology.

An active member of prestigious oncology organizations such as ASCO, ESMO, and ISMPO, she has presented original research at several national and international oncology forums. With multiple publications in peer-reviewed international journals, she remains dedicated to advancing cancer research and practice.
