Dr. Ashray Shrikant Kole

Dr. Ashray Shrikant Kole is a Consultant Clinical Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Physician based in Mumbai, India. He currently serves as a Clinical Hematologist and BMT Physician at M | O | C Cancer Care & Research Centre, Mulund and Thane.

He completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Hematology at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore.

Dr. Kole played a key role in re-establishing the Department of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) at LH Hiranandani Hospital, Powai, leading the development of structured transplant pathways and fostering a robust multidisciplinary team for comprehensive blood cancer care.

With extensive expertise in stem cell transplantation, including matched sibling, matched unrelated, haploidentical, and autologous transplants , Dr. Kole has successfully managed numerous complex cases.

He also played a pivotal role in conducting Mumbai’s first autologous CAR-T cell therapy in a private hospital setup, marking a significant advancement in personalized immunotherapy for hematological malignancies. To date, he has successfully performed more than 75 bone marrow transplants within two years and has led 3+ CAR-T therapies.
