Dr. Ashish Bakshi

Dr. Ashish Bakshi is a Senior Medical Oncologist at M|O|C Cancer Care, Thane, with over 25 years of experience in the comprehensive management of solid tumours and haematological malignancies.

After completing his DM in Medical Oncology from Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, Dr. Bakshi has been associated with leading cancer care institutions including Jupiter Hospital and Hiranandani Hospital, with extensive experience in clinical oncology, bone marrow transplantation, clinical research and medical education.

His clinical expertise includes the management of breast cancer, lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, genitourinary cancers, head and neck cancers, and other solid tumours, along with leukaemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma and other haematological malignancies.

Dr. Bakshi has been involved in more than 50 clinical studies and has several national and international publications to his credit. He is a member of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and remains actively engaged in academic oncology, research and evidence-based advances in cancer treatment.

His approach to cancer care focuses on precise diagnosis, personalised treatment planning, evidence-based therapies and comprehensive management of treatment-related toxicities, with the aim of delivering effective and patient-centric care.

Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Bakshi will be mentoring the Clinical Research & Academics department at M|O|C Cancer Care.
